Abstract
The Turkish Banking Sector (TBS) has gone through a remarkable process of crisis, resolution, and recovery in the past few years. Having left much of its excesses behind, the sector now stands at a delicate juncture, and is faced with many challenges. The purpose of this chapter is to document the salient features of this process, and provide a flavor of the challenges ahead.
