Large bandwidth makes it a good candidate for 5G mobile networks. In this paper, fundamental experiments on channel modeling at THz Band are presented with detailed analysis of the setup. The measurement setup consisted of subharmonic mixer and vector network analyzer. Path loss and phase delay measurements from 260 GHz to 400 GHz for different distances, angles of arrival and objects acting as reflectors were examined along with their capacity limits. We have shown that LOS link can reach speeds of terabits per second.
