Numerical data and software for "Shear-induced Structural Transitions in Confined Nematic Soft Interfaces"

Abstract

"panel_b_LV_LS", "panel_c_LV_HS", "panel_d_HV_LS", "panel_e_HV_HS" contain two files with the configuration (tecplot_*.dat, cp_45_*.tec) used to prepare the corresponding panels in Fig. 9 of the manuscript. The configurations can be visualized with Paraview (open-source platform for visualization and data analysis). The code for this work is available at https://github.com/lcarenza/channelLC/.
