dc.description.abstractWe developed quantum dot (QD) based color-conversion white LEDs that reach over 150 lumens per electrical Watt. For that we synthesized alloyed ZnCdSe/ZnSe QDs with 94% of quantum efficiency and injected QD-liquids on blue LEDs.
