dc.description.abstractA mathematical model is presented to study the dynamics of the docking protein Gab1 that plays an important role in the regulation of ERK and AKT signaling pathways. Model predictions can be used to understand the role of Gab1 in the development of cancer which can give insight into targeted therapy.
