We introduce a quadrant photodetector (QPD)based pupil tracker that outperforms traditional camera systems in speed and cost-efficiency. This innovative, compact system offers sub-millimeter accuracy in real-time tracking, optimized through QPD size simulations relative to pupil dimensions, promising for mobile and point-of-care eye-tracking applications.
