dc.description.abstractAn unexpected drop in IVF pregnancy rates could happen in any ART clinic and present a challenge for the whole team. Troubleshooting should be undertaken in a stepwise manner involving the clinic and the laboratory. Being proactive and setting up a well-designed quality management system decreases the risk of results fluctuations.
