dc.description.abstractIn today's dynamic business environment, the need for digitalization and transformation has become imperative for companies that want to thrive amidst technological disruptions. Digital technologies act as catalysts for broader institutional change. From a strategic perspective, the versatility of reorganizations, technological integration and cultural adaptation in companies is also important in terms of digital transformation. It is necessary to master the basic components of the digital transformation process, from technological enablers such as cloud computing and IoT to organizational frameworks such as design thinking. This chapter also includes the concept of digital business strategy, which is a strategic necessity for the effective use of digital technologies while encouraging companies' innovation and customer focus. Additionally, this chapter discusses the organizational features of artificial intelligence (AI) and examines how the adoption of artificial intelligence affects workflows, job roles, and decision-making processes in businesses. © 2024, IGI Global.
