| dc.description.abstract | İnflamasyon, KF akciğer hastalığının patogenezinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Tedavi edilmediği takdirde bu inflamasyon; hava yollarına hasar vermekte, bronşektazi ve solunum yetmezliğine neden olabilmektedir. Kistik fibtoziste anti-inflamatuar tedavinin geri dönüşümsüz akciğer hasarı gelişmeden önce, erken dönemde başlanması önerilmektedir. Kortikosteroidler güçlü anti-inflamatuar ajanlardır ve birçok hastalıkta bu amaçla yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. | tr |
