Abstract
The article discusses the optics projects undertaken by the OSA student chapter at the Koc University. The Koc University Optoelectronics Research Center, established in the year 2003, promotes multidisciplinary research in optoelectronics. A fundamental component of the chapter activities is the monthly seminar. The chapter was created under the auspices of the university science society.
