dc.description.abstract | We demonstrate optofluidic microlasers based on liquid microdroplets stabilized by a superhydrophobic surface. Lasing is achieved using highly efficient non-radiative Forster resonance energy transfer between donor and acceptor molecules placed within the droplets. | |
