It is a pleasure to welcome you to IEEE World Haptics 2011. The conference will take place June 22-24, 2011 at the Military Museum in Istanbul, Turkey. The Military Museum is a historical building located in downtown Istanbul and within walking distance to many local attractions and shopping centers. During the last period of the Ottoman Empire, it was the site of the Ottoman Imperial Military Academy. © 2011 IEEE.
