dc.description.abstractBy employing different dispersion compensation schemes, we obtained femtosecond pulses with duration as short as 92 fs and pulse energy as high as 0.45 nJ from a Kerr-lens mode-locked Cr:ZnSe laser operated near 2420 nm.
