dc.description.abstractWe report a continuous-wave Tm3+:KY3F10 laser which is upconversion pumped with a 1064-nm ytterbium fiber laser, delivering tunable laser output between 1849 and 1994 nm with an average absorbed power slope efficiency of 29%.
