In line with our predictions, results suggest that US subsidiaries have a greater rate of adoption of high-investment HR values compared to local South Asian firms. Contrary to our predictions, however, both types of firms are similar in the level of internalization of their respective HR values. Finally, while greater levels of high-investment HR value adoption is associated with firm performance across the board, this relationship tends to be stronger for US MNCs’ subsidiaries compared to local South Asian companies. Theoretical and practical implications for the transfer and diffusion of high-investment HR values in institutionally and culturally distant contexts are discussed.Publication Restricted Investigating the antecedents of goal commitment :the role of goal-related empowerment(Koç University, 2007) Aksoy, Eda; Bayazıt, Mahmut; 0000-0001-5208-0610; Koç University Graduate School of Social Sciences and Humanities; Psychology; 177563Publication Restricted Örgüt kültürünün hemşirelerin verimlilik tutumlarına etkisi(Koç University, 2018) Fındık, Melike; Göktepe, Nilgün; 0000-0003-3567-7399; Koç University Graduate School of Health Sciences; 106155Publication Restricted The association between work-personal life interface and employees' organizational attitudes and psychological well-being.(Koç University, 2012) Özbek, Gözde; Aycan, Zeynep; 0000-0003-4784-334X; Koç University Graduate School of Social Sciences and Humanities; Psychology; 5798
