Theoptimaldepositionparametersare:Ar:O2~90:10;Ts~623Kandd.c.power~0.6kVat1.2mA/cm2.Opticalspectroscopy,photo luminescence, X-raydiffraction, scanningelectronmicroscopy,X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopyand Ramanmeasurementswerecarriedouttocharacterizethefilms.Predominantp-typeconductivityinthe Cu2OfilmswasconfirmedfromHallmeasurement.
