Bronchogenic cysts are rare lesions that originate from the primitive tracheobronchial tree. Its incidence is reported as 1 in 42000-68000. Although they are primarily located in the thorax, remote locations such as lingual, intraabdominal and cutaneous regions have been also reported. Definitive diagnosis is made histopathologically. Herein we report a case of scapular brochogenic cyst in a two yearold girl.
