dc.description.abstractIsovalent Sb substitution in valence-balanced Ca 14 AlBi 11− x Sb x modulates native acceptor-type defects, reduces hole concentration, and boosts p-type thermoelectric performance to zT ≈ 1.35 at 973 K for x = 3.
