dc.description.abstractThe cross-talk between different signal transduction pathways plays a key role in the regulation of cellular functions. This paper models the major feedback loops involved in the cross-talk between AKT and ERK signaling pathways. The developed models can be used to improve our understanding of the complex interactions between two important pathways at the systems level.
