Abstract
The original version of this article contained two erroneous sentences in the abstract. These errors were caused by flawed grammatical changes being made during proofreading without the knowledge of the author. These errors ultimately changed the meaning of the sentences describing the modelling the eigenvalue function and projecting the Hermitian matrix. The publisher apologises for these errors, which have now been corrected.
