Cancer is one of the most challenging health issues today, driven by complex biological processes that cause tumor initiation, progression, and metastasis. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), small noncoding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression, play key roles in cancer development. As promising targets for cancer therapy, miRNAs have been extensively studied for their potential to modulate key signaling pathways involved in tumorigenesis.
