| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to evaluate the roles of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and immunosuppressive cytokines in different patient groups with pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAC).Inoperable advanced-stage patients, operable patients (evaluated as preoperative and postoperative), and healthy controls were included.Peripheral blood MDSC subtypes were analyzed by flow cytometry, and cytokines associated with immunosuppression were measured by ELISA.Statistical comparisons were performed to determine variations across clinical groups.Among MDSC subsets, G-MDSCs were markedly elevated in inoperable patients compared with controls (p | |
