| dc.description.abstract | Human resources management has evolved into human resource management (HRM) in response to the problems experienced by employees in modern organizations. This transition has led to a strategic approach to managing human capital that emphasizes employee engagement, development, and employee performance. The fundamental principles of HR focus on aligning organizational goals with employee expectations, thereby creating a productive work environment. One of the critical aspects of organizational restructuring is restructuring, which involves changing the structure, processes, and culture of an organization to increase efficiency and adapt to market dynamics. However, resistance to change remains a significant challenge, as employees often perceive restructuring as threats to job security and stability. Highly motivated employees tend to be more engaged, innovative, and productive, resulting in better business results. The success of any restructuring depends on the organization's ability to manage resistance and implement well-structured approaches that align with its strategic vision. | |
