The second section discusses the cultural and institutional contextual factors driving human resource management and PMS in Turkey. The third section provides the research results of the latest reported Cranfield Survey (2017) for the Turkish data. The final section considers the latest challenges and trends that will shape the future of the performance management system in Turkey.
