Abstract

Polyarthritis is a term used when at least five joints are affected with arthritis. Several different diseases ranging from rheumatoid arthritis to infection diseases can lead to polyarthritis. Anarnnesis, physical examination, laboratory findings and imaging methods are important tools to differential diagnosis.
