Abstract
Thirty-year-old female who was a nonsmoker with no significant past medical history presented with a blocked nose and complain of 6/10 headaches that require the use of Excedrin for relief. She was also complaining of epistaxis periodically as well as coughing blood occasionally. She denied any problems with dysphagia, swallowing, or chewing, as well as any current odynophagia. She has left neck swelling but denied any chest pain, palpitations, or shortness of breath.
