Abstract
Breast interventional procedures in breast imaging have undergone significant evolution over the past decades, enhancing the ability to diagnose and treat breast diseases with minimally invasive techniques. These procedures range from diagnostic biopsies to therapeutic interventions, with the aim of maximizing clinical outcomes while minimizing patient discomfort and procedure-related morbidity. Interventional breast procedures offer high diagnostic and therapeutic efficacy with a patient-centered approach. Continuous advancements in imaging and biopsy technology, along with an improved understanding of breast pathology, hold the promise of further enhancing the success of these interventions while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. © 2024 Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
