Hamile anne kendisinin ve bebeğin sağlığının korumak, bebeğin normal gelişimini temin etmek için bazı şeylere dikkat etmelidir. Bu anlamda ilaçların hamile annenin bebeği üzerindeki genel etkilerine değineceğiz. Böylece annelerin kişisel etik sorumluluğunu vurgulamayı hedefliyoruz.

A study of moral education and its relationship with character education
(Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational research (MCSER), 2014) N/A; Sılay, Nur; Teaching Faculty; N/A; English Language Center (ELC); 177457
The purpose of this paper is to look at thoughts on moral education in detail by educational scientists, the reason why universities need to take care of their students' moral development, and how much related moral education is to character education. It is a try to collect information from findings of various researches. Previous studies show that there are clear links between morals and good character. Sometimes, one refers to the other as they have a lot of qualities in common. In addition, the role of teachers and academics as professionals that are willing to guide their students in their quest for moral identities is highlighted by many researchers. Research results reveal that moral development of students continues during their early years at university. This is why moral education should be an important aspect of university life. It would be right to state that educating the character of students is necessary as well as teaching and researching.

An ongoing challenge within CSCW research communities is understanding research ethics? norms and expectations as our methods and technologies evolve. This panel provides an annual opportunity to interface with SIGCHI's research ethics committee, which advises SIGCHI reviewers on changing norms in HCI and social computing research ethics. Although the panel is open to questions about research ethics and the broad work of the committee, this year, we will have a particular focus on research power and voice.

The relationship of downward mobbing with leadership style and organizational attitudes
(Springer, 2013) N/A; Department of Psychology; Department of Psychology; Ertüreten, Ayşe Gül; Cemalcılar, Zeynep; Aycan, Zeynep; Master Student; Faculty Member; Faculty Member; Department of Psychology; Graduate School of Social Sciences and Humanities; College of Social Sciences and Humanities; College of Social Sciences and Humanities; N/A; 40374; 5798
The present study investigates (1) the relationship of different leadership styles (transactional, transformational, authoritarian, paternalistic) with mobbing behaviors of superiors (i.e., downward mobbing) and (2) organizational attitudes (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention) of mobbing victims. Data were collected from 251 white-collar employees. Path analysis findings showed that transformational and transactional leadership decreased the likelihood of mobbing, whereas authoritarian leadership increased it. Paternalistic leadership was mildly and negatively associated with mobbing. Regarding the consequences of mobbing for employees' organizational attitudes, the same analyses suggested that higher perceptions of downward mobbing was significantly associated with lower job satisfaction, lower affective commitment, higher continuous commitment, and higher turnover intention.
